Returns & Refunds
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To exercise your right of withdrawal, clearly tell us before the 14-day period expires.

Please provide enough information for us to identify your order.
After you contact us, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return destination.
Do not send a return to the registered business address unless our return instructions tell you to do so.
3. RETURN DEADLINE
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
You may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For a change-of-mind return under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer normally bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, different statutory rules may apply.
6. REFUNDS
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments that must be refunded under applicable law.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed.
We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.
7. ORIGINAL DELIVERY COSTS
Where the law requires reimbursement of the original delivery cost after withdrawal, reimbursement is limited to the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.
8. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase contract, contact info@forimesta.com.
We may ask for photographs, order details, or other information reasonably needed to assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
9. PERSONALISED OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies.
This does not remove rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
10. EXCHANGES
Forimesta does not guarantee a separate exchange service for every product.
Where no direct exchange is available, an eligible item may be returned and a new order placed separately.
11. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH
If you want to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfilment has started.
