The destinations currently available for delivery are shown during checkout.
If a delivery address is not supported, an available shipping option will not be offered for that address.

The shipping methods available for your order, together with the relevant cost and estimated delivery time, are shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.

Orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as reasonably possible.
Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, unusually high order volumes, or when additional verification is reasonably required.

Where tracking is available for the selected shipping method, tracking information may be sent after dispatch.

7. FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery, provide collection instructions, or return the parcel.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, document the condition where reasonably possible and contact info@forimesta.com as soon as possible.
Photographs may help us assess the issue.
9. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Where an order crosses a customs border, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges may apply.
Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law.
