Kunstino UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is engaged in the trade, brokerage, and distribution of artworks and art-related products, particularly through digital platforms.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of forimesta.com and to purchases made through the store. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. PRODUCTS
Forimesta may offer artworks, decorative objects, art-related products, handmade items, vintage items, and other creative products.
We aim to describe products accurately. Screens may display colours differently, and handmade, artistic, vintage, or individually produced products may contain natural or minor variations.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed when we accept the order, for example by confirming acceptance or dispatching the goods.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be processed, delivery information is incomplete, or fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8. REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
